The fastest route to a real number is the quote form. It asks for the things a supplier needs in order to price the job properly. Email works just as well if you would rather write it out.

What to include

The four things that decide whether the first quote is usable: what you are trying to reach or lift, when and for how long, the site address, and what the ground is like.

The address matters more than people expect. Delivery distance is usually the largest single variable on a short hire. Ground conditions matter because a slab machine ordered for a graded pad is the most common wrong booking in Texas, and it is far cheaper to catch before the truck leaves.

Texas Lift Rental is an equipment rental broker. We do not own or operate equipment - we match your job to vetted local suppliers and stay on it until the machine is on site.

Where we work
