What we set
The pages themselves are static HTML, and the estimator runs entirely in your browser without sending your inputs anywhere. Nothing you type into it leaves your device unless you submit the quote form.
Your browser may store standard technical items such as cache entries. The quote form keeps nothing after you leave the page.
Tag Manager and analytics
We load Google Tag Manager, which is a container for measurement tags. Tag Manager does not set cookies of its own, but the tags loaded through it can, and those tags are what record which pages are used and where people give up.
That measurement is used to improve the site. It is not used to build advertising profiles, we do not run retargeting on the strength of a visit, and no personal data from a quote request is passed into it.
Because Tag Manager is a Google product, your IP address and browser details reach Google when the container loads. You can block it with any standard content blocker or by disabling JavaScript, and everything on this site except the live estimator recalculation still works.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Nothing essential on this site depends on them.
