Are you a rental company?
- No. Texas Lift Rental is an equipment rental broker. We do not own or operate equipment - we match your job to vetted local suppliers and stay on it until the machine is on site. The advantage for you is that we are quoting the local market rather than one company's price list, and we have no yard of our own to steer you toward.
Are the prices on this site real?
- They are real market ranges, taken from live Texas listings covering dozens of rental companies, with the source and the date it was last checked recorded against every band. They are estimates rather than quotes: your final price depends on availability, delivery distance and how long you keep the machine.
Why will you not price a crane?
- Because cranes are not sold by the day. They are billed by the hour against a minimum, with mobilization charged separately in each direction, and larger machines are often bare-rented by the month. Putting a day rate on one would be an invention, so we show the basis it is actually quoted on and price it by hand.
What does it cost to get equipment delivered?
- Budget around $150 each way inside a Texas metro, plus roughly $4.50 per loaded mile beyond a 25 mile radius. On a short hire that is often the largest single variable in the total, which is why we ask for the site address rather than just the city.
How fast can you come back with a quote?
- Within one business day, naming the supplier. That is the only promise we make on timing, and we make it because it is one we can keep.
