Every number carries a source and a date
No figure is published without a named source and the date it was last checked. This is enforced by a build check rather than by good intentions: the site will not build if a rate band is missing a source, and it fails if any figure is more than 180 days old.
Ranges, not point values
Prices are published as ranges because we are describing a market rather than quoting our own price list. A build check rejects any rate that is not a two-element band.
We do not publish what we cannot verify
Where the sources genuinely disagree (bucket and boom truck rates are the clearest example) we say so and quote by hand instead of averaging noise into a confident number.
Where a tax treatment depends on facts we do not have, such as whether a specific diesel unit is rated over 50 horsepower, we state the condition rather than the total. Where it depends on a legal classification we are not qualified to make, such as whether a road-legal bucket truck falls under Motor Vehicle Rental Tax, we publish no percentage at all.
No fabricated trust signals
No reviews, no star ratings, no aggregate rating markup, no invented local addresses or phone numbers, no claims to own equipment. A build check scans the generated site and fails if review markup or a local business address appears anywhere.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong, tell us at quotes@texasliftrental.com and we will check it against the source and correct it. Rates move; that is the expected case rather than an embarrassment.
